To our valued customers,
Effective May 5, 2025, Rocky Ridge Drinking Water Limited will be closing and joining Culligan Water of Peterborough under one roof, located at 620 Cameron Place (Just off the Queensway at the Parkway).

Similar services provided today at Rocky Ridge will be available at Culligan’s location, including Fast-Fill, after hours U-Fill and Pre-filled water & salt drive-thru pick-up, at similar pricing.

Prepaid water cards currently in use and in your possession, as well as credits stored digitally at Rocky Ridge will be honoured at Culligan’s location.

Our delivery customers will notice some improvements in service, with e-mail billing and the option of notification of upcoming deliveries. Your rates, routed delivery day (as applicable), frequency of delivery will remain unchanged unless otherwise notified by Culligan. What won’t change are the water options, as Culligan is supplied by the same Spring Water source as we have been using, and will offer Distilled and Reverse Osmosis Water in both 11 and 18 Litre sizes, as well. Our bottles will trade evenly with Culligan bottles.

One unavoidable difference that we need to make you aware of is the change in cap colour. Culligan uses the following cap colours:
Blue-Spring
Clear – RO (Reverse Osmosis)
Red – Distilled
Culligan Water, as a local business in Peterborough, with the financial strength and expertise of a larger company across Canada enables them to continue to provide high quality drinking water, as well as their many other water treatment products, to supply your thirst for better water.

On a personal note, we would like to thank you for your support over our 42 years in the water business. We believe you are in good hands with the experience and scale that Culligan Water offers. We will remain available during the transition to assist with any issues that arise. Your patience during this time is appreciated.
