Cooler Maintenance
It is recommended that these cleaning procedures be performed every three months. The dispenser should be cleaned more often if it is situated in a dusty location or if less than two bottles of water per month are used. Clean after storage before use. Hot and cold coolers require special cleaning instructions - please contact our office for instruction.

Common Cooler Issues
Water Too Warm or Too Cold
Check outlet for power. Some outlets are controlled by a wall switch.
Adjust thermostat on back of cooler. Turn the screw or pivot clockwise
for colder, and counter clockwise for less cold.
Valves Not Releasing Water
The Air filter on no-spill may be wet. Remove bottle and no spill from
dispenser. Locate and remove air filter. A wet air filter will dry in
open air in 2-3 days. Replace no-spill and bottle and test. If problem
persists, ice may be blocking outlet valves. Try turning down the
thermostat. Turn screw or pivot counter-clockwise for less cold.
White Particles in Water
These are most likely calcium particles, which form when the minerals
dissolved in Spring water come out of solution during cooling, and
build-up in the reservoir. Follow the Spring water cleaning instructions
above.
Noise Coming From Cooler
When the thermostat starts the compressor, a noticeable click will be
heard, followed by a humming sound. This is normal. If a rattling or
knocking sound is heard, clear unit of any surrounding articles
in contact with the cooler.
